More income with our capped commission plan.
Our capped commission plan is designed to be the best full service real estate compensation plan in New Hampshire. Agents on our capped commission plan start their calendar year with a commission split from 70% to 95%, based on their previous twelve month sales volume. Once an agent contributes $20,000 from their commissions to the company within their calendar year they have ‘capped’ their commission contribution. When an agent caps they receive 100% of their commission (less a $50 per transaction fee) for the rest of their calendar year. Our cap is a true $20,000 cap, with no additional franchise fee on top.
Our compensation plan encourages and supports teams. When you move your agent real estate team or partnership to Bean Group you’ll enjoy a significant reduction in your combined annual commission cap. Agent partnerships and teams are capped at one full commission cap of $20,000 plus one 1/2 cap of $10,000 for each additional licensed agent on the team.
