Bean Group’s Meredith office will be moving next month. Our new office will be located at Meredith Bay Shops at 38 N Route 25 in Meredith, NH.
Meredith Bay Shops was redeveloped in 2008 and is now anchored by a newly constructed Hannaford Supermarket & Pharmacy. Other shops include Rite Aid, Olympia Sports and Meredith Village Greenery. The property is strategically located at the intersection of US Route 3 and NH Route 25 resulting in 19,600 average daily traffic count.
The Meredith Bean Group office will offer flexible workspace and conference space for our Lakes Region REALTORS®. The office is currently undergoing construction and is slated to open March 2010.
