In 2023 Bean Group partnered with eXp Realty, creating the largest team of agents in New England, with hundreds of real estate professionals across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Vermont.

Getting Started

ONBOARD: Our Onboarding Team will manage all the moving parts so you can focus on taking advantage of everything the BG platform offers.

ORIENTATION: Meet your BG support staff during an introductory meeting, and then do a deep dive into all things BG with our self-paced, online Orientation training courses.

FAST START: Required for new licensees, this course is designed to pick up where pre-licensing ends. This 8-session curriculum can also be valuable for agents who are transitioning from a part time to a full time career and want to get immersed in building their business right from the start.

At Bean Group – we know the value of learning from the best in the business, and that’s why we believe both mentorship and peer-to-peer support are essential factors in an agent’s success. 

Newly licensed agents are paired with an experienced mentor to ensure a strong start – while even the most experienced agents benefit from peer-to-peer support on how we transact business and leverage valuable resources!
