Did you know you can utilize AMP’s (Bean Group’s exclusive Agent Marketing Platform) Power Search tool to generate business? Registering your customers to receive email alerts using Power Search is one of the easiest things you can do to increase your interaction with customers. Bean Group agents can quickly register their customers right from their public-facing agent website without ever logging in to AMP. Here’s how:

  1. Go to your agent website (i.e,
  2. Click My Bean
  3. Fill out the New Member Registration fields on behalf of your customer (be sure to use their email address)
  4. Enter search criteria
  5. Set the frequency of alerts
  6. Name the alert

You can define a search for your customer by selecting search criteria or by just drawing a search area on a map. Either way, your client will be updated via email with all property changes in that search area, driving them back to your website!


If you need to edit, postpone, or delete a saved Power Search, log in to AMP, select the Power Search tab from the dashboard menu, and just click the Saved Search tab next to Power Search Alerts and make your changes.

The Power Search tab in AMP allows you to search for listing information, set up email alerts, create listing reports, track favorites, and edit the Power Search report settings. This module is updated by the MLS on a regular basis.
